Jolene Webster Goff, a loving mother, wife, and grandmother, left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew her. Born August 21st, 1942, in Cedar City, Utah, Jolene spent most of her life surrounded by the natural beauty of Southern Utah's mountains and valleys. Her passing on March 25th, 2024, at the age of 81, has left a void that can never be filled.

Jolene's life was filled with joy, love, and laughter. She met the love of her life, Jerry Goff, in Salt Lake City on April 29th, 1965, and they spent 53 years together, creating countless memories through their adventures, travels, and quiet moments at home. Her husband preceded her in death, as did her parents, Nels and Helen Webster, and brothers Pace, Don, and JN.

Jolene was an devoted mother to three children, David (Julee) Goff, Stacey (Brad) Lindburg, and Ryan (Holly) Goff. Her children were the center of her world, and she spent countless hours cheering them on at sports events, from football to gymnastics, and simply enjoying their company.

In addition to her family, Jolene was also passionate about her community. She served in various positions, including the Planning and Zoning commission and City Council, giving back to the city that had given her so much. Her dedication to public service was matched only by her love for her garden, which she tended with care and devotion.

Jolene's greatest joy was spending time with her family. Whether it was a quiet evening at home or a weekend getaway to their beloved cabin on Kanarra Mountain, she cherished every moment with her loved ones. Her grandchildren, Justin, Brody, Aspen, Reggy, Derek, Broc, Josie, Sadie, and Bailey, brought her immense joy, and she loved nothing more than sharing stories of her childhood in Cedar City.

Throughout her life, Jolene was a constant source of support and encouragement to those around her. She had a way of making everyone feel seen and heard, and her infectious laughter could brighten even the darkest of days.

As we say goodbye to this remarkable woman, we take comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain and that her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched. We invite those who knew Jolene to share their favorite memories and stories with us, as we celebrate her life and honor her memory.

Interment services for Jolene Webster Goff will be held at Cedar City Cemetery, under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary (190 N.). A viewing will be held on Friday, March 29th, 2024, from 5pm-7pm, and prior to the service on Saturday from 9:30-10:30am.
